Location: Warsaw or Gdańsk (hybrid work model)

Rate: up to 160 PLN/h

Notice period: max. 2 weeks

Summary: The backend developer will play a crucial role in optimizing the voice platform by focusing on integrations and API development that enhance systems connected to Genesys and Cognigy while utilizing AWS services.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain backend components and APIs
Integrate with third-party systems (e.g., Genesys, Cognigy, CRM tools)
Collaborate with business analysts, DevOps, and testers to deploy and test features
Ensure secure and scalable coding practices using GitHub
Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and stand-ups using Kanban practices

Must-Haves:

4+ years of backend development experience
Strong skills in JavaScript and TypeScript
Proficiency in RESTful API development
Experience in containerization
Experience working in AWS environments
Experience with GitHub and Jira

Nice to Have:

Exposure to voice platforms or chatbot frameworks
