What You’ll Do?

• Manages the procurement process, inventory management, inter refinery transfers, and consumption processes of chemicals used in refinery operations.
• Plays a key role in the management and coordination of all technical aspects of procurement processes, particularly in tenders for new chemical acquisitions.
• Acts as a bridge between suppliers and refineries while closely following developments in the field.
• Ensures that chemicals are available in the refinery in the required conditions and on time by working in coordination with relevant departments.
• Preparing technical specifications for chemical purchases.
• Technically evaluating the bids submitted by companies within chemical procurement tenders and contributing to economic assessments.
• Developing long-term chemical procurement plans based on evaluations with refineries, while monitoring monthly consumption and inventory status.
• Tracking the fulfillment of performance guarantees committed to purchased chemicals and managing penalty clauses through discussions with suppliers.
• Coordinating engineering studies requested from chemical manufacturing companies.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, internal company policies, standards, and procedures related to the area of responsibility.

What We Look For?

• B.Sc. degree in Chemical Engineering departments,
• Technical knowledge of refinery processes and basic economic analyses (Preferred),
• Basic knowledge of chemical characterization methods (Preferred),
• A great team player with a go-getter attitude,
• Solid understanding of MS Office applications,
• Strong analytical thinking skills,
• Inquisitive and curious mindset,
• B2 proficiency level in English,
• Adaptable to a fast-paced and agile work culture,
• Available for travelling between refineries,
