UI/UX Designer (Mobile, Web & Responsive Design)

Location: Hybrid – Istanbul

(Minimum 2–3 days per week on-site at Yalı Ataköy C Blok, Bakırköy)

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to lead the design of our web and mobile products at Guide of Dubai, a fast-growing travel tech platform.

You will be responsible for crafting intuitive, elegant, and conversion-optimized interfaces across responsive web and mobile applications.

This position is hybrid — we value collaboration and on-site creativity while offering flexibility for remote work on non-production days.

• Design user-centric, visually appealing UI for mobile apps (iOS & Android) and web platforms
• Create responsive layouts that work seamlessly across all devices and screen sizes
• Design and maintain design systems, UI kits, and component libraries
• Conduct user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
• Work closely with frontend developers to ensure faithful implementation of designs
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and content teams to understand business and user needs
• Optimize design for performance, accessibility, and conversion

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design
• Strong portfolio showcasing mobile app, web, and responsive designs
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools
• Good understanding of HTML/CSS/JS constraints (no coding needed but should know what’s feasible)
• Experience in user flows, journey mapping, and A/B testing
• Ability to collaborate with both developers and non-technical stakeholders
• Fluent in English
• Ability to manage feedback and revise designs iteratively

• Experience in travel tech, e-commerce, or booking platforms
• Familiarity with design handoff tools like Zeplin or Figma Dev Mode
• Motion/animation design basics for micro-interactions
• UI/UX writing experience or collaboration with content teams
