Senior Human Resources Specialist

We are a computer technology corporation focused on Tax Compliance and Regulatory Reporting software such as e-invoice, e-ledger, e-delivery, SAF-T, SII and similar interfaces & technologies.

We provide certified SAP add-on solutions that reduce the risk and cost of maintaining compliance for its 750+ clients from more than 30 countries. We have been registered as an SAP Global Application Development Partner and operate globally, with local representative offices in Istanbul, Warsaw, and Ljubljana, as well as partner offices in London, Amsterdam, Madrid, and Budapest.

For our HR team, we are looking for a “Senior HR Specialist” with following qualifications:

WHO ARE YOU?

• University degree from relevant departments,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources functions, 
• Experience on IT recruitment is an asset,
• Good command of English, both written and spoken,
• Good team player with strong problem-solving skills,
• Self-disciplined and self-starter,
• Attention to detail and accuracy,
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills,
• For male candidates, completion of military service is required.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Managing core HR functions such as recruitment, talent management, organizational development, training, performance management, compensation and employee relations in line with company goals,
• Serving as the first point of contact for employees,
• Taking an active role in managing end-to-end recruitment processes,
• Ensuring all HR policies and procedures comply with labor laws and internal standards,
• Representing the company in university events, job fairs, and similar activities as an Employer Brand Ambassador,
• Supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external HR events.
