Our Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from engineering departments, preferably in industrial engineering,
• Minimum of 2 years of experience,
• Possesses advanced SQL skills, preferably with experience working on large datasets using BigQuery,
• Familiar with data analytics tools (DataStudio, Qlik, etc.),
• Good command of MS Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint knowledge),
• Experience on business and/or process analysis,
• Ability to planning and solution oriented,
• Strong analytical skills and enjoying with working large volumes of data,
• Excited to work with different Business and Product teams,
• Strong communication and negotiation skills,
• Ability to work within dynamic environment and believing in the power of continuous learning,
• Preferably good command of English,
• Completed military status for male candidates,
• Preferably residing on the Anatolian Side of Istanbul or around Kocaeli.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop dashboards using BigQuery and DataStudio to analyze the speed and performance of marketplace operations, conduct root cause (bridge) analyses, and create corresponding action plans.
• Perform comparative analyses of delivery speeds across industry competitors, visualize findings on dashboards, and track performance on a daily basis.
• Carry out ad-hoc data analyses in line with company objectives, share key insights with relevant teams, and take an active role in planning processes.
• Prepare daily and weekly operational performance reports for senior management and department heads.
• Analyze existing reporting systems and propose improvements and development opportunities.
• Analyze KPIs related to logistics and distribution processes, monitor supplier performance, and develop data-driven recommendations for improvement.
