Role Overview

We’re looking for a talented and motivated Frontend Developer (Contractor) to join our development team. You’ll be responsible for building high-quality, responsive, and user-centric web interfaces that enable operators and engineers to interact seamlessly with our advanced autonomous systems. Your work will directly support mission-critical operations across logistics and defense domains.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain frontend components using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and product stakeholders to deliver new features and continuous improvements.
• Ensure excellent performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility for user-facing applications.
• Identify UI bottlenecks, debug issues, and implement clean, scalable solutions.
• Contribute to and maintain a scalable component library and design system.
• Participate in code reviews, share best practices, and help elevate frontend engineering standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and trends, bringing fresh ideas to the team.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Frontend Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, Vue, Angular).
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Pinia).
• Skilled in integrating with RESTful APIs and real-time protocols (WebSocket, MQTT is a plus).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Deep understanding of responsive design, web accessibility (WCAG), and frontend performance optimization.
• Experience using component libraries (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Chakra UI).
• Strong problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and a keen eye for intuitive UI/UX.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and frontend build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite).
• Experience with frontend testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
• Exposure to cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure) or Docker-based workflows.
• Experience building mission control or dashboard-style applications.
