Developer

We are looking for a Developer to design and implement digital workflows and solutions using no-code and low-code platforms. Your mission is to streamline business operations by creating efficient, automated systems that reduce manual processes and boost productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Core Functions

• Build, configure, and deploy solutions using no-code/low-code tools (e.g., Make, Zapier, Airtable).
• Develop and maintain automations to improve workflows across departments.
• Customize and extend functionality within Odoo or similar ERP systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
  
  

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with operations and admin teams to understand process needs.
• Translate business requirements into technical workflows.
• Provide user support and training for tools and solutions developed.
• Communicate project updates and timelines clearly to stakeholders.
  
  

Performance, Reporting, or Strategy

• Track the effectiveness of deployed solutions and suggest improvements.
• Maintain documentation for workflows, automations, and processes.
• Contribute to overall tech strategy and identify opportunities for new automations.
• Ensure scalability and sustainability of no-code/low-code solutions.
  
  

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in a tech support, automation, or development role.
• Hands-on knowledge of no-code/low-code platforms like Zapier, Make, Notion, or Airtable.
• Exposure to ERP systems, especially Odoo, is a strong advantage.
• Logical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with technical tools and eager to learn new platforms quickly.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
