As we expand our product portfolio, we are seeking a visionary Lead UI/UX Product Designer to champion user-centric design across our platforms.

Role Summary

As the Lead UI/UX Product Designer, you will drive the strategic design vision and lead end-to-end product design efforts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all TruDoc digital interfaces are intuitive, scalable, and impactful. This role is both hands-on and leadership-focused — perfect for someone who can seamlessly blend creativity with structure, and innovation with empathy.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design strategy and vision for TruDoc’s web and mobile applications.
Mentor and manage a growing team of UI/UX designers, fostering a collaborative design culture.
Conduct and oversee user research, persona development, and usability testing.
Translate product goals and complex healthcare workflows into user-friendly, elegant experiences.
Create and review design assets including wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Own and evolve TruDoc’s design system and ensure consistency across all products.
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, marketing, and clinical teams to align design with business objectives.
Advocate for accessibility, inclusivity, and responsive design best practices.
Stay ahead of UI/UX trends, especially within digital health and telemedicine.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in UI/UX design with at least 2+ years in a lead or managerial role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating leadership in product design across multiple platforms.
Expertise in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, and prototyping tools.
Proven experience in designing scalable systems and working within agile teams.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and a passion for improving patient experience through technology.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in healthtech, telemedicine, or regulated industries.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript (not mandatory but a plus).
Familiarity with compliance standards such as HIPAA, GDPR, etc.
