Project Manager

1. JOB PURPOSE:

Project Manager will manage internal projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals and deliver high-quality outcomes. The role focuses on coordinating project tasks, supporting cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring timely completion of project deliverables.

2. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: (Description)

• Assist in planning and executing internal projects under the guidance of senior team members.
• Conduct research and data analysis to support project decision-making.
• Prepare project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to the Director – Project Excellence.
• Complete training modules to build project management capabilities.
• Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to solution development.

4. Context, Work environment & DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY:

• The job holder will have limited decision-making authority and will operate under the supervision of the Director – Delivery.

5. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Project Management).
• Demonstrated academic excellence and participation in extracurricular activities.

Minimum Experience:

• Between 5 to 10 years of experience in project management in real estate development or related fields.

Job-Specific Skills (Generic / Technical):

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in basic project management tools and software.
• PMP Certification (preferred).
