• Configuring and maintaining network devices such as routers, switches,
• Responding to network incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime
• Creating and maintaining accurate network documentation, including configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Working closely with L1 support, other IT teams, and vendors to resolve complex issues and implement changes
