Software Engineer

We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our team in building scalable, high-performance, and resilient software systems that power critical infrastructure. You will play a key role across the full development lifecycle—from architecture and implementation to deployment and support—while working in an Agile environment that emphasizes DevOps practices.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and Develop Software Systems: Analyze requirements and design robust, high-availability applications that meet business and operational goals.
• End-to-End Development Lifecycle: Participate in all stages of software development—from concept and design to testing and deployment—delivering clean, testable, and efficient code.
• Performance & Troubleshooting: Monitor and optimize system performance, diagnose issues in complex environments, and implement effective solutions.
• Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Stay current with emerging technologies, propose architectural improvements, and drive innovation across platforms.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with system engineers, QA testers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Agile & DevOps Integration: Operate within Agile methodologies, maintaining and improving CI/CD pipelines, configurations, and development environments.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in software engineering roles.
• Proficiency in one or more backend languages (Python, Java, Node.js).
• Experience with frontend frameworks like React; Angular exposure is a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD or similar DevOps pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
