Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

• Lead and manage Audit Platform projects from initiation to completion
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Facilitate team meetings and ensure effective communication among all stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and report on key metrics to leadership

2. Business Analysis:

• Collaborate with Group Audit users, product owners, and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
• Organize and prioritize requirements in the product backlog
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and development efforts

3. Agile Facilitation:

• Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies and processes
• Remove impediments and foster continuous improvement within the team
• Ensure efficient deployment of team resources for project activities

4. Stakeholder Management:

• Maintain strong relationships with Group Audit users, product owners, and other stakeholders
• Facilitate requirements validation and prioritization sessions
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels

5. Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices
• Stay updated on industry trends and Agile methodologies
• Contribute to the overall improvement of the Audit Platform and team performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or related field
• 5 - 10 years of experience in project management and business analysis roles
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and stakeholder relationships
• Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in audit-related functions
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• PMP, CBAP, or Scrum Master certification is preferred

This role is critical for ensuring the successful execution of Audit Platform initiatives while driving business value through effective requirement management and stakeholder collaboration. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt to an evolving business landscape.
