We're hiring a Full Stack Developer with a web-first focus to lead development on our Next.js web application and collaborate across the stack to ship real-time, data-rich features. You’ll work closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver a seamless, high-performance web experience.

If you thrive on building modern, scalable systems, love working across both frontend and backend, and are excited to help shape a product used by thousands of rugby fans and professionals worldwide — this is for you.

  • Translate Figma or design mockups into clean, pixel-perfect UI components
  • Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests for frontend and backend features
  • Optimize for SEO, performance, responsiveness, and accessibility
  • Build and maintain automated CI/CD workflows for build, test, and deployment
  • Collaborate with the team on architecture, code reviews, and deployment pipelines

  • Databases: MS SQL, PostgreSQL, BigQuery
  • Infra & DevOps: GCP, Redis, Azure DevOps, Auth0
  • Automation: CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions), testing frameworks
  • Integrations: OpenAI, third-party sports data APIs
  • Other Tools: Figma, Slack, Jira, Postman, Swagger

Requirements

  • 3+ year building full stack web applications
  • Strong proficiency in .NET Core, Relational Databases, React, Next.js, HTML, Tailwind CSS, and CSS
  • Experience developing APIs and working with backend services
  • Familiarity with writing unit and integration tests
  • Web performance optimization, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility
  • Strong attention to UI/UX detail and ability to collaborate with designers
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD, and cloud-based development workflows
  • Understanding of caching, queuing, or real-time data delivery
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small, fast-moving team

Nice to Have

  • Experience in sports tech, real-time data apps, or media-heavy platforms
  • Familiarity with Redis, OpenAI APIs, or cloud-based messaging, storage, or analytics tools (e.g., Pub/Sub, Azure Blob Storage, BigQuery)
  • Ability to contribute to UI/UX design and translate wireframes into working interfaces in Figma
  • Interest in rugby or building for a fan-first product

Why Join ATR?

  • You’ll work on a product already used by thousands of rugby fans and professionals
  • Full ownership and influence over technical decisions and architecture
  • Small team, big ambition — you won’t just write code, you’ll shape the future of the product
  • Inclusive culture, and opportunities for growth and leadership
