All Things Rugby (ATR) is building the next-generation platform for rugby fans, analysts, and organizations. We're hiring a Full Stack Developer with a web-first focus to lead development on our Next.js web application and collaborate across the stack to ship real-time, data-rich features. You’ll work closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver a seamless, high-performance web experience.

Responsibilities
- Build responsive, accessible, and interactive web interfaces using React (Next.js), HTML, and CSS
- Develop and maintain backend services using .NET Core and Node.js
- Design, consume, and optimize RESTful and GraphQL APIs
- Translate Figma or design mockups into clean, pixel-perfect UI components
- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests for frontend and backend features
- Optimize for SEO, performance, responsiveness, and accessibility
- Build and maintain automated CI/CD workflows for build, test, and deployment
- Collaborate with the team on architecture, code reviews, and deployment pipelines
Tech Stack
- Frontend (Web): React, Next.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Backend: .NET Core, Node.js, GraphQL, REST
- Databases: MS SQL, PostgreSQL, BigQuery
- Infra & DevOps: GCP, Redis, Azure DevOps, Auth0
- Automation: CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions), testing frameworks
- Integrations: OpenAI, third-party sports data APIs
- Other Tools: Figma, Slack, Jira, Postman, Swagger
Requirements
- 3+ year building full stack web applications
- Strong proficiency in .NET Core, Relational Databases, React, Next.js, HTML, Tailwind CSS, and CSS
- Experience developing APIs and working with backend services
- Familiarity with writing unit and integration tests
- Web performance optimization, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility
- Strong attention to UI/UX detail and ability to collaborate with designers
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, and cloud-based development workflows
- Understanding of caching, queuing, or real-time data delivery
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, fast-moving team
Nice to Have
- Experience in sports tech, real-time data apps, or media-heavy platforms
- Familiarity with Redis, OpenAI APIs, or cloud-based messaging, storage, or analytics tools (e.g., Pub/Sub, Azure Blob Storage, BigQuery)
- Ability to contribute to UI/UX design and translate wireframes into working interfaces in Figma
- Interest in rugby or building for a fan-first product
