We're hunting for an exceptional AI Agent Developer / ML Engineer who lives and breathes intelligent systems. This isn't your typical ML role – you'll be building autonomous agents that actually work in production, solving real business problems across our venture portfolio. You'll be working directly with our founding team to architect AI-first solutions that give our companies unfair advantages in their markets. This is your chance to shape the future of how AI agents integrate into real business workflows.

What You'll Build

Autonomous AI Systems

• Design, develop, and deploy production-ready AI agents using state-of-the-art frameworks
• Build multi-agent systems that can collaborate, reason, and execute complex business tasks
• Create agents that seamlessly integrate with existing business tools and workflows

LLM-Powered Solutions

• Engineer sophisticated prompt systems for task-specific agent behaviors
• Fine-tune and adapt large language models for specialized business use cases
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems for knowledge-intensive applications

Scalable ML Infrastructure

• Build robust ML pipelines that handle everything from data ingestion to model deployment
• Implement continuous learning systems that improve agent performance over time
• Design fault-tolerant systems that maintain reliability under real-world conditions

Research & Innovation

• Experiment with emerging AI frameworks and evaluate their business applications
• Contribute to our internal R&D initiatives in autonomous agent capabilities
• Stay ahead of the curve on AI agent trends and implement cutting-edge techniques

What We're Looking For

Core Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Software Engineer or ML Engineer
• Python mastery with extensive experience
• Proven AI agent experience – you've built systems that can reason, plan, and act autonomously
• LLM specialization – expert-level prompt engineering
• Framework fluency in tools like LangChain, CrewAI or similar agent frameworks
• Production ML experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch
• Strong English communication for collaborating with cross-functional teams

Technologies You'll Work With:

• AI Frameworks: LangChain, CrewAI, LlamaIndex
• Model APIs: OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, together.ai, Replicate
• ML Stack: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face
• Vector Databases: Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS
• Cloud Platforms: AWS, GCP, Azure
• Deployment: Docker, Kubernetes, FastAPI, Flask

Bonus Points:

• Computer Vision expertise for multimodal agent development
• MLOps/DevOps experience – Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring
• Database versatility across SQL, NoSQL, and vector database systems
• Open source contributions to AI/ML projects
• Startup experience or venture studio background
