We are seeking a talented UX/UI Craftsperson with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience from end to end. You should be excited about crafting a great user experience and be open-minded with an unquenchable thirst for new approaches and solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing 💼

Designing and prototyping user interfaces for web and mobile applications, considering user needs and business objectives.
Collaborating with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into design solutions.
Conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback to iterate and improve designs.
Creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively.
Optimizing designs for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across various devices and screen sizes.
Keeping up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design and development.
Providing guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team.
Experience with User research and Testing.

Skills You Need To Succeed In This Role 🌟

Must Have

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Slack).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders and handle client interactions.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working in cross-functional teams and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
Demonstrable UX/UI design skills with a strong portfolio (Applicants without a portfolio will not be considered).
