Business Analyst

iToDEV – a super awesome mega cool IT company was established in 2006 (18 years and counting. That means, we know what we are doing). Our team with almost 50 equally awesome people works on interesting, challenging and useful WEB systems and mobile apps development projects for our Lithuanian and foreign clients.

What Analyst does @iToDEV?

• Communicate and discuss. Mostly with clients, to find out what is needed and wanted. But with the team (devs, QAs, PMs) as well. So that later team could do the magic and make things work!
• Surprise surprise, analyst does specifications also! And he/she does that by using user stories, use-case diagrams, flow diagrams and other ways that are suitable for specific case. Again, to make that magic happen.
• And of course - Analyst at iToDEV is a great help to PM with the MVP and roadmap planning. Kind of obvious, when you know all the quirky details?

From our Analysts @iToDEV we require:

• From 2+ years experience in IT analyst position. You know, IT products has its own perks.
• You have to be kind of bilingual and speak fluent in Lithuanian, English, Client and Tech team languages.
• Analytical and critical thinking and mindset. Don’t say this one surprised you?
• Positive problem-solving approach - positivity always makes everything easier. And when you are attentive to details, proactive and have collaborative attitude, then you are a total Rock STAR! We need that.
• Super powers to work closely with the Project Manager. It is better to work in team while leading the overall product/project strategy to prioritize and plan the roadmap.
• It would be great if you had some sense of good UI/UX
• Have knowledge about mobile applications, back-end, front-end development processes and technologies. I think it is obvious, since you will have to work with it, right?
• Knowledge of system architecture, data exchange models, web services and components (web server, database). It will make everyone's’ life easier (even yours) to know how things work, where and how magic happens.

Extra karma points go for:

• Mastering Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Test Management or etc.).
• Experience with data analysis and data driven decisions
• Ability to propose system architecture based on functional and non-functional requirements. Hands down, if you can do this one!
• Big Picture mindset. It is like when you are in gallery, and you see all those pictures, and they represent some common ideas but in different ways, different details… Get it?
