Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join a leading financial institution in Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the development of high-performing technology teams and drive the successful delivery of Scrum-based projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion Agile and Scrum principles, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and the bank’s strategic objectives.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams, providing expert technical guidance to overcome complex challenges.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of technology delivery.
• Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and contribute to internal communities of practice, promoting a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional technology teams to ensure initiatives meet business goals, security standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach within a technology or financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing engineering teams.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• A proactive approach to continuous improvement and innovation.
