The Position


  • Reporting into the Construction Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of approx. $10M worth of work p/a.
  • Using your strong stakeholder and project management skills you will lead and coordinate all participants on the project, ensuring expectations are understood and agreed, program design, developed and closely monitored, key milestones met and delivered and performance/ financial targets achieved.
  • Concurrently you will run 1-2 projects in construction and one at tender stages.
  • Will suit someone that has just stepped up and is operating at a intermediate level.


Salary will be in line with experience and market conditions, however figures of $190K - $220K can be expected.

Qualifications / Experience


  • Construction Management or relevant construction related degree
  • Experience working in the upper tier 3 or tier 2 market
  • Exposure to working on projects at preconstruction phase, including writing methodology for tenders
  • Strong programming and financial management skills
  • Experience working across D & C projects
  • Knowledge of Hospitality and huge advantage
  • Have local experience and sub-contractor relationships
