Product Manager

Mission

IBA is seeking an experienced and motivated Product Manager to lead the development and commercialization of the X-ray solutions for sterilization and other applications.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead customer adoption of X-Ray solutions across various applications, including medical device sterilization, food safety and material processing.
• Be the primary touch point by customers.
• Develop strategic products considering new market opportunities and existing products
• Define the product strategy while collaborating closely with R&D and expert teams
  
  

Challenges we trust you with

• Develop and execute the product roadmap for X-ray solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and market demand.
• Provide technical and commercial support to sales and marketing teams to educate customers and drive adoption.
• Define and track product KPIs, customer feedback, and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.
• Responsible in drafting user needs and requirements.
  
  

What We Value

• A degree in engineering/scientific background with an interest in commercialization of technologies and industrial fields.
• At least 5 years working experience as a Product Manager is mandatory, ideally in a similar industry.
• Demonstrated and natural leadership and structuring capabilities.
• Excellent communication, assertiveness and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• A good technical knowledge of the different products including field/hands-on experience.
• Good abilities to understand newly presented information.
• The ability to identify and develop a positive and compelling vision of the product’s future potential.

• A team player, able to create relationships at all levels, and to work autonomously according to priorities and in a structured manner.
• A customer-oriented person with excellent interpersonal communication skills including presentation of ideas.
• Fluent written & spoken English
• Flexible, pragmatic, and rigorous.
• A proactive person willing to take initiatives.
• Ready and flexible to travel if needed, up to 10%.
