As the ideal candidate, you are an experienced Senior UI Designer eager to leverage your skills in a project that plays a vital role in transforming a key player in the energy landscape. Your expertise in design will be instrumental in creating a user-friendly digital experience.

• You collaborate closely with UX researchers to create wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs using our Figma design system.
• You present ideas, concepts, and design solutions to various stakeholders effectively.
• You communicate design ideas and prototypes to Product Owners, UX Designers, and Developers.
• You prepare and lead ideation workshops, co-designing with business stakeholders, UX Designers, and users.
• You define the right interaction model and evaluate its success based on measurable criteria.
• You create storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to convey interaction and design ideas.
• You contribute to team efforts by actively participating in broader UX Chapter activities, including feedback sharing sessions and knowledge sharing.
  

What are we looking for?

• You have a minimum of 7 years' experience in UI Design, Interaction Design, and Information Architecture in an Agile development environment.
• You possess a strong understanding of UI Patterns, design principles, and visual design.
• You demonstrate attention to detail and deliver high-standard work.
• You are proficient in design software (Figma) and Miro.
• You utilize and contribute to the Elia Group design system.
• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• You present a compelling portfolio that showcases your design projects, emphasizing your problem-solving abilities and the design process. Applications without a portfolio will not be taken into consideration.
• You are proficient in HTML and CSS, understanding how designs translate to code.
• Bonus: experience with a SiteCore XM Cloud project.
