HR Trainee

We are looking for a candidate to support employee life cycle processes for Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

You will be part of small team of 5 total employees, 3 of whom support Estonia.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in pursuing a career in HR and wants to learn how this function works in a large multinational company. This role will also be helpful in learning more about local labor laws.

• You will be the first point of contact to employees and managers regarding general questions.
• You will be able to support the team while also learning from each one of us.
  
  

Your Background

• Education & experience: duriing studies ( prefeable Hr connected area but not must, firs intern experience
• Soft skills:Good Communication skills, custmer oriented approach , good otime management skilss
• Tools experience: IT System experience( HR system as plus)
• Work approach: eager to learn
