Product Designer, Mobile (AI Focused)

We’re now hiring a Product Designer with a strong foundation in visual and interaction design, who’s excited about shaping the future of intelligent experiences. While AI is part of the role, we’re not looking for a machine learning specialist—we’re looking for a design generalist who cares deeply about polish, mobile craft, and making complexity feel effortless.

You’ll work on next-gen features powered by contextual intelligence, designing elegant, intuitive mobile experiences that help people understand their bodies and make better decisions for their well-being.

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation to work from either our Helsinki or Oulu offices at least half-time.

You need to have a portfolio or case examples in some format to share to be considered for this role.

What you’ll do

• Design and ship high-quality mobile features that elevate how members interact with their health data—focusing on clarity, emotional resonance, and usability
• Translate product and scientific requirements into simple, intuitive flows and visuals
• Design intelligent, context-aware interfaces that feel personal and adaptive
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready UI using Figma
• Work closely with engineers, PMs, and scientists to bring ideas to life and ensure a seamless user experience
• Collaborate with other designers to uphold and evolve our visual system across the app
• Communicate your thinking clearly—whether that’s through prototypes, storytelling, or motion
  
  

What we’re looking for

• A portfolio that demonstrates beautiful visual design, sharp interaction thinking, and care for the user experience
• Experience designing for native mobile platforms (iOS/Android), ideally in fast-paced product teams
• Familiarity with mobile UX patterns—and an instinct for when to follow them or challenge them
• Great prototyping skills to bring your ideas to life and test them quickly
• Proficiency in Figma (components, libraries, design tokens)
• A collaborative mindset and eagerness to work with engineers, researchers, and scientists
• Interest or experience designing for intelligent systems, adaptive UIs, or context-aware features (a plus, not a requirement)
