IT Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team, taking the lead on major IT projects including system migrations, application integrations, and enterprise-wide technology implementations. This role requires a project manager with strong organizational and stakeholder management skills and the ability to oversee complex IT projects end-to-end. As part of our IT PMO, the IT Project Manager will later transition to other key IT projects across various business areas.

You will join our IT Project and Demand office Team, which forms a part of the Business and Information Technology department. This team focuses on driving the delivery of successful IT projects and managing varied business demands/initiatives, working in close collaboration with HR, Sales, Marketing, Infosec, Customer Operations and other corporate functions.

What you will you be doing

• Develop and maintain project plans and timelines for the IT project. Establish clear project goals and milestones.
• Collaborate with different business and technical teams to ensure alignment on goals and plans and seamless communication across different teams.
• Engage with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on project requirements and expectations.
• Coordinate with external vendors and consultants as required for system integrations, project deliverables, and troubleshooting during different project phases.
• Facilitate decision-making and resolve any conflicts related to project scope or execution.
• Proficiency in identifying risks, assessing their impact and developing mitigation strategies.
• Creating Go-lives and roll-out plans
• Developing communication and user training strategies
• Oversee the change management process, including communication and user training strategies. You’ll work with our experts from the communication
• Conduct post-implementation evaluations to assess project/milestone success and areas for improvement.
• Ensure and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, risk logs, and stakeholder communication records.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for leadership and different stakeholder groups to showcase project status, key achievements, and areas requiring attention.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience leading IT projects, ideally including transformation or migration initiatives
• Strong track record in managing timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple, simultaneous projects
• Skilled at stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic environment
• Proficient with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana)
• Familiar with IT infrastructure and system migration practices
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience reporting to diverse stakeholder groups
• Adaptable and able to navigate shifting priorities and complex project landscapes
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in project management or a related field
