Position Overview:

( from Manufacturing domain who manufactures products like aerospace hydraulic equipment or Air Valves etc)

A Project Manager who is responsible for managing projects from inception to completion. Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation

• Coordinate and manage project activities, ensuring tasks are completed as scheduled.

• Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure efficient use of resources.

• Lead and motivate project teams, assign tasks, and provide guidance and support.

• Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

• Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and specifications.

• Provide regular updates and reports on project status (including key parameters like SPI, Health score), progress, and any issues that arise.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a similar industry.

• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

• Good command over German & English language required
