Job Description

2 years of experience with either of the scripting technologies Ansible Shell preferred however exposure to either Jenkins KubernetesDocker Orchestration is good

Level 3 support troubleshooting expertise Experience with equivalent configuration managem

Implement health monitoring for containerized applications

Troubleshoot the application issues in Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform environment

Good in OpenShiftDockerKubernetes and CICD Tool like Jenkins Ansible GIT

Good in Unix scripting and programming

Developing deployment templates

Good to have knowledge on programming language JavaPython and shell scripting

Knowledge multiple applications like Java SpringBoot NodeJS etc

Good to have knowledge on version control tool bitbucket and uDeploy

Required experience in Docker Jenkins

Good to have knowledge on messaging system like AMQ Kafka etc

Taking initiatives and designing the solutions as per projects need

Having experience on OpenShift cluster administration is added advantage

experience with Cloud Operations On Premise Internal or External Cloud

Experience working on Javabased applications and Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes OpenShift

Level 3 support troubleshooting expertise

Experience with AWS or equivalent cost management best practices monitoring and autoscaling services

Experience with AWS or equivalent configuration management and monitoring application deployment and performance testing services

Expert in Installing and maintaining the Confluent Platform components including Apache Kafka Confluent Control Center Confluent Schema Registry Confluent Replicator and Confluent Security Plugins

Strong admin experience and versions used for ConfluenceKafka details on the projects and environment they supported along with the tools used Size of the environments how many nodesclusters how many messages processed

Experience administering the following Event Driven Architecture Components Apache Kafka Kafka Brokers ZooKeeper Confluent Control Center Confluent Schema Registry Connect cluster etc

Experience or knowledge of Continuous integrationcontinuous delivery toolsconcepts

Responsible for incident query resolution application analysis enhancements and reliability based on documented SLAs

Provides quick resolutions to app issues driving stability efficiency and effectiveness improvements to help business succeed

Issue tracking and reporting using tools Knowledge experience of problem Management Tools

Ability to plan and organize workload Effectively share information with other support team members and with other technology teams

Develop and maintain technical support documentation

Ability to communicate appropriately to relevant stakeholders

Open to learn and Easy to grasp new technologies quickly

Maintain and support enterprise applications deployed in Open Shift containers Responsible for coordinating with multiple teams and groups for successful instantiation of OSE Containers all integrations such as Single Sign On Job Schedulers Password Management utilities etc

Oversee application environments build activities before go live coordinate and plan go live activities and provide middleware production support post application go live

Work with partner teams on Capacity Management License management and Cost allocation of Container infrastructure

Identify gaps in automation processes and identify system inefficiencies Work with partner teams to put together the remediation plans

Generate weekly and monthly reports related to containers adoption No of issues reported openclosed issues accomplishments risks dependencies challenges etc

Champion the initiative of containerization by eliminating hurdles and providing necessary handholding to applications

Good analytical skills and the ability to apply these skills in a multitasking environment You may be required to participate in multiple projects at a given time

Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment

Strong problemsolving skills decision making ability and be able to display the sense of urgency and complete ownership

Ability to handle a high pressure environment and be prepared to jump right in to address any production outages
