We’re looking for a Product Manager with a strong strategic mindset and passion for solving real user problems to help shape the future of customer experience. In this role, you’ll own the product lifecycle end-to-end—from vision and discovery through delivery and optimisation—while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across technology, business, and operations.

What you’ll do:

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Align diverse stakeholders around clear priorities and goals
• Champion the voice of the customer through insight-led development
• Lead continuous improvement using data, KPIs, and real-world feedback
• Ensure delivery of products that bring tangible business value and member impact

What you bring:

• 4+ years of experience in a Product Manager role (Agile environments)
• Proven success setting product strategy and shipping impactful solutions
• Strong skills in user research, product discovery, and hypothesis-driven development
• Experience collaborating with Product Owners and technical delivery teams
• Background in regulated sectors like health or insurance is a plus
