🌐 Junior Network Engineer (Hybrid)

Break into enterprise networking with hands-on experience from day one.

We’re hiring a Junior Network Engineer to join a growing Network Solutions Team in Dublin, supporting some of Ireland’s most well-known organisations — mid-market businesses.

This isn’t a “shadow someone for 12 months” type role. You’ll get stuck in across 1st and 2nd line support, work with HPE Aruba, Fortinet, and some Cisco, and become a dedicated engineer for a handful of trusted customers. With mentorship, project exposure, and clear progression routes, this is the perfect next step if you're hungry to level up your networking career.

🧑‍💻 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Day-to-day network support for mid-sized clients
• Working across HPE Aruba, Fortinet, and some Cisco environments
• Providing both 1st and 2nd line support, depending on the client’s needs
• Becoming a trusted contact for a small number of clients – no ticket factory here
• Assisting with a major internal network merge – plenty to get your teeth into

🧠 What You’ll Bring:

• A strong foundation in networking (certs or lab work welcome)
• Exposure to network support environments, ideally in MSP or customer-focused roles
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and endpoint management
• Eagerness to learn and contribute from day one
• A team-focused mindset – you’ll be working alongside 20 engineers and a supportive team lead

📍 The Setup:

• €32,000–€35,000 base salary
• Dublin-based hybrid role:
• First 3 months = 5 days a week on-site (to get you fully embedded)
• Then 3 days/week in the office
• No on-call (for now)
• Clear progression to Network Engineer roles (€45–55k bracket)
