We are looking for a Microsoft Office 365 Administrator to join our Dynatech team within the global Dyninno Group.

The ideal Microsoft Office 365 Administrator candidate will have a strong background in managing complex IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- SharePoint & Exchange Administration: Manage and optimize complex Office365 solution, including SharePoint Online and Exchange Online environments
- Cross-Tenant & Cross-Solution Migrations: Lead and execute cross-tenant and cross-solution migrations, focusing on SharePoint, Exchange, and other Microsoft 365 services.
- Intune Support & Endpoint Management: Manage Microsoft Intune for device configuration, policy enforcement, and ensuring endpoint security. Collaborate with the IT security team to assist with endpoint security measures and ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Office 365 Management: Oversee the deployment, configuration, and management of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, focusing on SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
- Endpoint Security Assistance: Work closely with the IT security team to implement and manage endpoint security policies, ensuring devices comply with company security standards.
- Security & Compliance: Implement security measures and compliance strategies for Microsoft 365 services, addressing industry standards and government cloud environments, including encryption and secure access methodologies.
- Collaboration Tools Integration: Ensure seamless integration of Office 365 services with other enterprise applications, particularly Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitor and troubleshoot issues in SharePoint, Exchange, Intune, and other Office 365 services, ensuring system stability.
- Policy Management: Manage security and compliance policies using Intune, Conditional Access, and Group Policy to safeguard the Office 365 environment.
Requirements:
- Proven Expertise: Demonstrated experience in managing and administering Microsoft 365 environments, with in-depth knowledge of SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Intune.
- Migration Experience: Hands-on experience leading cross-tenant and cross-solution migrations, particularly involving SharePoint, Exchange, and Teams.
- PowerShell & Automation: Proficiency in PowerShell for automating tasks, managing Office 365 environments, and streamlining administration processes.
- Endpoint Management & Security: Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune and endpoint management, ensuring secure configuration and policy management across devices.
- Windows Administration: Experience managing Windows 10/11 in enterprise environments, including security, policy enforcement, and deployment of client applications.
Preferred Skills:
- Microsoft 365 Integration: Strong understanding of integrating and optimizing SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, and OneDrive for seamless business collaboration.
- Security Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 security tools, such as Conditional Access, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and compliance for cloud environments.
There is no one-size-fits-all here, we are quite flexible and use an individual approach with every candidate we meet. We don't want to set any limits, but if we are naming the numbers, then the salary for this position is up to 3,400 EUR gross per month.
