Taleo's success depends on the talent of its employees, therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic Project Manager - Regulatory CRD VI:

• Lead and manage regulatory projects (CRD VI-related) from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, resource allocation, and key milestones.
• Coordinate and align with internal stakeholders to deliver project goals efficiently.
• Act as the primary liaison between senior management, project teams, and external regulatory stakeholders.
• Conduct regular status meetings and communicate project progress, challenges, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation plans to maintain compliance and avoid delays.
• Ensure all project documentation is up to date, accurate, and compliant with internal standards.
• Report on project performance, deliverables, and KPIs to senior leadership.
• Use project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence) to track execution and support transparent reporting.

How do we imagine our future Project Manager - Regulatory CRD VI?

• Proven experience managing large-scale regulatory projects, ideally in the European financial sector.
• Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) required.
• Strong background in regulatory frameworks, with specific experience in CRD VI or similar regulatory initiatives.
• Knowledge of Basel III final reforms and their impact on capital and risk requirements.
• Experience with CRD VI/CRR III implementation in a banking or regulatory change context.
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams in a complex environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
