HR Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our People Team in Amsterdam at StoryTeq with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth HR processes, from maintaining employee records to assisting with payroll and onboarding activities while you're closely collaborating with all different kinds of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and all related HR processes in close collaboration with managers, contributing to a smooth and engaging employee journey
• Support international hires with relocation and visa application processes, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
• Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
• Support with payroll by processing changes in the system and coordinate with stakeholders
• Assist in organising HR-related events and training sessions
• Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation
• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and personnel files
• Ensure compliance with Dutch labour laws and company policies
• Identify and propose improvements to optimise HR processes and systems

• Proven experience in an HR administrative role
• Knowledge of Dutch labour laws and HR best practices
• Strong communication, organisational and multitasking skills
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English

💰 A salary between 35,000 - 40,000 EUR (plus holiday pay)
