Project Manager Innovation - Teladoc Health Netherlands (Fulltime)

As Project Manager Innovation at Teladoc Health Netherlands, you will play a pivotal role in developing and launching innovative healthcare solutions. You will reports to our Commercial Director and work closely with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, define proposition strategies, and ensure the successful execution of innovation initiatives. Your experience in innovation project delivery, combined with your knowledge of healthcare solutions and affinity with retail, will be essential in supporting the successful implementation of impactful initiatives in women’s health, weight management, virtual physiotherapy, and more – all aimed at enhancing the health and well-being of our users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the implementation of innovation projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment are in line with Teladoc Health’s mission and goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales and medical, consisting of colleagues and external partners, to implement and launch integrated innovative solutions
• Encourage collaboration and creative problem-solving, encouraging creative problem-solving and out-of-the-box thinking in order to facilitate smooth project execution and knowledge sharing.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, digital health trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in healthcare and retail to help keep projects relevant and future-proof.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5 + years of experience in (digital) product development and innovation, with a proven track record of successful product launches.
• Preferred background as a mix in project management and consulting
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong experience with healthcare solutions and affinity in the retail sector.
• Strong project management abilities, experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholder management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Passion for improving healthcare and enhancing the well-being of individuals.
