Position overview

The Principal Data Scientist is a highly experienced and strategic role whose purpose is to drive our machine learning and advanced analytics initiatives. The role will lead the design and development of high-impact models, mentor team members, and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that align with business priorities.

What you'll do

• Lead the development and deployment of predictive and prescriptive models across business domains


• Define technical standards and best practices for data science work


• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to ensure models are impactful and production-ready


• Guide junior data scientists and contribute to overall team capability building


• Communicate complex analytical results to non-technical audience

Who you are

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field


• 8+ years of experience in data science or machine learning roles


• Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and experimentation frameworks


• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud-based ML tools (e.g., Vertex AI, SageMaker)


• Excellent communication and leadership skills
