As a Strategic Data & Product Consultant, you’ll play a key role in transforming a complex portfolio of dashboards and tools into a streamlined, user-centric product suite that delivers real business value. We have a strong footprint in the Banking sector with a lot of challenges for you!

Location: Lisbon

Main Responsibilities

• Sets and evolves the product strategy in line with company's goals.
• Maps and rationalizes existing tools, eliminates duplication, and identifies high-impact opportunities.
• Implements a lean operating model, covering backlog management, KPIs, ownership, and product rituals.
• Improves UX, communication, and product visibility to drive engagement and trust.
• Guides product curation efforts and supports the onboarding of a future Senior Product Manager.
• Acts as a strategic partner to business, tech, and data teams, aligning priorities and driving collaboration.
  
  

Qualifications

Profile:

• 10+ years of experience in data strategy, product governance, or large-scale transformation projects.
• Strong background in financial services and complex matrixed environments.
• Proven ability to align business, tech, and data teams around shared goals.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to zoom in and out between vision and execution
• Proficiency in SQL (mandatory)
• Knowledge of descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing, and tools like PySpark, Presto, Airflow, Power Query, DAX is a plus
• Proficiency in English (mandatory)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
