• Extensive experience in project and programme management, with a proven track record of delivering complex transformation initiatives
• Demonstrated success in leading digital and IT-enabled transformation programmes, including the development and execution of robust business cases
• Strong background in change management, with the ability to guide organizations through cultural, operational, and technological change
• Experience applying Lean principles and driving continuous improvement across business processes
• Proven leadership in cross-functional environments, fostering collaboration between business, IT, and digital teams
