We’re looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) who thrives at the intersection of infrastructure, monitoring, and security operations. You’ll be the driving force behind reliable, observable, and automated platforms — enabling our NOC and SOC teams to act fast, scale smart, and sleep well.

What You’ll Do

• Design and maintain full-stack observability solutions with Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, and DataDog
• Build automation to detect, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure & security issues (Python/PowerShell)
• Monitor system performance, forecast capacity, and improve uptime across critical services
• Collaborate with DevOps, Security, NOC/SOC, and platform teams to deliver scalable and resilient systems
• Continuously improve monitoring strategies to align with business and technical goals

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years experience in SRE, Monitoring, or Infrastructure Automation
• Deep knowledge of observability tooling, metrics, logging, and alerting
• Strong scripting skills with Python, PowerShell, or similar
• Proven track record in performance tuning, incident response, and proactive system improvements
• Experience with high-availability, enterprise-grade systems

Bonus Points For

• Working in hybrid cloud or high-compliance environments (NOC/SOC familiarity is a big plus)
• Experience fine-tuning alerts, dashboards, and response playbooks
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code and DevSecOps practices
