Junior HR Business Partner / HR Generalist


Hudson RPO, on behalf of our global chemical manufacturing client, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Business Partner/HR Generalist.

The accomplished Junior HR Business Partner serves as the primary point of contact for staff and managers in regard to people-related issues within the organization as well as any labor-related matters. Functions as a generalist in a variety of HR activities.

This role supports the organization in achieving operational targets by promoting effective HR policies, programs, procedures and practices.

Location: Warsaw (hybrid)


Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality support to managers and staff on HR related matters
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Guide managers on absences or attendance management, such as advising on return-to-work plans
  • Support the recruitment process by checking and approving job requisition requests for hiring managers and recruitment team, including checking they are in line with the internal guidelines.
  • Support in employee relations matters, employee engagement, talent review, and other local and global HR processes
  • Analyzing and reporting HR information to support the development of HR solutions.
  • Assisting in local HR projects such as mergers&aquisitions, supporting managers in organizational change processes, checking data in HR system is up to date
  • Build positive employer brand inside and outside company.


About you:

  • University diploma in Psychology, HR Management, Sociology or another relevant field
  • Ability to build relationships with people from all levels in organization
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an HR Generalist/HR Specialist role
  • Understanding of HR principles and practices
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Knowledge and understanding of Polish Labour Law
  • Very Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), analytical thinking
  • Fluent Polish and English is required
  • Understanding of Workday HR system & IT technologies will be an advantage
  • Manufacturing experience is advantageous
