- Fulfilment of provisioning & deprovisioning app access requests (Jira & AskNow).
- Performing User Access Revalidations (UAR).
- Conducting supplier security due diligence & annual review.
- Supporting requests for client assurance.
- Help keep support documentation updated.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
- 4+ years of work experience in information technology with a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience with Identity Access Management controls and third-party due diligence.
- Experience working in banking or highly regulated financial institutions.
- Industry standard certifications like CISSP, SABSA, OSCP, CISM
- Strong written and oral communication skills to document reports on assessments and communicate potential weaknesses to the IT team or management
- Experience supporting M&A activities is a plus.
Roles and Responsibilities post joining:
