IT Project Manager

Join a global programme based in a biotech environment to develop and maintain applications to support data, quality and operations management. Work takes place in a complex, international environment with high regulatory requirements (including GxP), working closely with the development, QA and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end projects in an Agile and/or Waterfall environment
• Organising and moderating scrum ceremonies and project meetings
• Managing risk, scope, schedule and quality of delivered solutions
• Liaising with business and technical stakeholders in an international environment
• Creation of project documentation, roadmap, change and communication plans
• Monitoring project progress and reporting to key stakeholders

Qualifications

• Min. 5 years' experience in IT project management (local and/or global)
• Experience working with distributed teams and in regulated environments
• Knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and classic methodologies (Waterfall, Prince2, PMP)
• Proficiency in working with tools: JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow
• Good knowledge of ITIL and the systems development life cycle (SDLC)
• Knowledge of English at min. C1

Nice to have

• Experience of working with GxP systems or in the life sciences sector
• Knowledge of Google Workspace and MS Office tools
• Ability to manage the Release Management process
• Experience in a PMO or Agile Release Train (SAFe)
• Ability to create and implement project standards and change processes
