Join a global programme based in a biotech environment to develop and maintain applications to support data, quality and operations management. Work takes place in a complex, international environment with high regulatory requirements (including GxP), working closely with the development, QA and business teams.
Responsibilities
- Leading end-to-end projects in an Agile and/or Waterfall environment
- Organising and moderating scrum ceremonies and project meetings
- Managing risk, scope, schedule and quality of delivered solutions
- Liaising with business and technical stakeholders in an international environment
- Creation of project documentation, roadmap, change and communication plans
- Monitoring project progress and reporting to key stakeholders
Qualifications
- Min. 5 years' experience in IT project management (local and/or global)
- Experience working with distributed teams and in regulated environments
- Knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and classic methodologies (Waterfall, Prince2, PMP)
- Proficiency in working with tools: JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow
- Good knowledge of ITIL and the systems development life cycle (SDLC)
- Knowledge of English at min. C1
Nice to have
- Experience of working with GxP systems or in the life sciences sector
- Knowledge of Google Workspace and MS Office tools
- Ability to manage the Release Management process
- Experience in a PMO or Agile Release Train (SAFe)
- Ability to create and implement project standards and change processes
