🌐 High Touch Engineer – Mobility & Packet Core (ASR5500, CUPS, 5G)

📍 Location: Poland (Remote)

📝 Type of contract: Umowa o Pracę

🕓 Travel: Up to 20% (Customer sites across EMEA)


We’re looking for a customer-facing High Touch Engineer (HTE) to join our dynamic Customer Experience team. In this role, you’ll work closely with EMEA-based telecom clients, internal engineering peers, and executive leadership to drive problem resolution, root cause analysis, and proactive network improvement.

🔧 What You’ll Do

  • Take ownership of critical network problem management and escalations for major service provider networks
  • Lead root cause analysis and provide tailored recommendations for remediation
  • Collaborate with internal technical and executive teams to support end-to-end customer outcomes
  • Deliver quarterly service reviews, action plans, and ongoing performance assessments
  • Provide informal training sessions and knowledge sharing around mobility, 5G, and packet core best practices

📌 Key Qualifications

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience supporting telecom / service provider infrastructure
  • Deep understanding of Cisco StarOS, ASR5500, Mobile Packet Core, CUPS, and 5G
  • Experience with SP automation platforms like CNC, HCO, or NSO (or a strong desire to grow in that area)
  • Strong troubleshooting, escalation management, and crisis-handling skills
  • Cisco Certifications (e.g. CCNP Enterprise, Data Center, or equivalent mobility/packet core certs)
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); excellent communication and documentation skills

Nice to Have

  • Prior TAC or technical support experience
  • Background working on large-scale incident investigations and postmortems
  • DevNet or automation-focused certifications are a big plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse stakeholders
