What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and QA teams.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Participate in architectural decisions and planning.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of hands-on backend development experience.
• Expert-level knowledge in at least one backend language/framework (e.g., Laravel, Node.js, Django, Go, Java/Spring Boot).
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Knowledge of caching, message queues (e.g., Redis, RabbitMQ), and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

• Experience leading a backend team or mentoring junior developers.
• Understanding of DevOps practices.
• Contributions to open-source projects.
