Chief Technical Officer

Purpose:

Shape and execute the overarching technical direction of the organization, ensuring it effectively supports and advances overall business goals.

Direct the rollout of innovative engineering practices aimed at boosting operational performance, driving productivity gains, and promoting sustainable practices.

Manage the delivery of complex, high-value capital projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within financial constraints, and to the highest quality standards.

Experience & Background:

• Higher technical or engineering education (mining, metallurgy, pyrometallurgy prefered)
• Over two decades of professional experience in technical and engineering disciplines, with a minimum of 15 years in leadership roles.
• Proven track record in large-scale, multinational industrial environments-preferably within the mining or metallurgical sectors.
• Demonstrated success in leading major capital investments from concept to completion.
• Hands-on experience introducing cutting-edge process improvements and executing structured project management methodologies.
