We’re looking for an experienced Security Product Manager to take charge of end-to-end product management, from concept to implementation. What You’ll Be Doing

You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of security products, ensuring they meet customer needs, comply with industry standards, and align with business objectives. Your role will involve:

• Defining and implementing Security Services across all business areas and Nordic countries.
• Developing a roadmap for security products and features, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Engaging in market research & competitive analysis to identify emerging threats and new opportunities.
• Working closely with technology, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless go-to-market execution.
• Ensuring product meets security demands and standards.
  
  

Who You’ll Work With

You will be part of a dedicated product management team that includes experienced professionals across Denmark, Norway, and Sweden. The team consists of a strategy lead, security manager, project manager, and other product managers—all working together to shape the future of security solutions at GlobalConnect.

To Succeed In This Role, You Need

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a relevant industry.
• A strong background in security solutions and an understanding of security technologies.
• Knowledge of market strategy, product roadmaps, and telecom security challenges.
• An interest in security and technology with a focus on building effective processes.
• A curious and solution-oriented mindset to improve and refine ways of working.
• Fluency in English and a Scandinavian language (Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish).
