Human Resources Representative

In this role, you will:

• Assist managers in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Coordinate internal and external training and recruitment activities.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops on HR-related topics.
• Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve HR processes and practices.
• Support line management on HR tools and processes, including performance appraisals, career planning, succession planning and career orientation reviews.

We are looking for candidates who have:

• A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• (Extensive relevant experience may be considered in lack of formal education).
• A minimum of two years of experience in an HR advisory role.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
