About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for an UAE National, Manager – Project Services, to join the Architecture and Spatial Design team in Jumeirah Group & Corporate. . The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Support the implementation of consistent design and aesthetics across properties, ensuring alignment with brand standards and luxury guest experiences.
• Assist with design activities, renovations, and new developments by coordinating between internal teams, designers, and contractors.
• Help monitor project budgets and resource allocations, supporting cost-effective execution without compromising quality or timelines.
• Contribute to heart-of-house planning and layout reviews to ensure functional, efficient, and brand-compliant design solutions.
• Conduct site inspections and track design progress to ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
• Assist in reporting, vendor management, and post-project reviews, offering feedback to refine processes and improve future project outcomes.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related hospitality field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong understanding of design principles and construction processes, and experience with presentation software.
• Over 3 years in a similar role, with substantial experience in the luxury hospitality sector.
• Demonstrated success in managing design projects from concept to execution, with a proven track record of delivering results.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage teams and timelines effectively.
