What The Role Is

You oversee Human Resource (HR) portfolios and responsibilities for Gombak Base personnel and manage Corporate Services functions.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Manage staffing levels and deployment
  • Track and forecast manpower demands
  • Oversee appraisal processes
  • Conduct Annual Road Map Reviews
  • Handle regimentation and discipline matters
  • Coordinate welfare initiatives
  • Manage administrative functions


Challenge(s)

  • Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Working with numerous stakeholders
  • Ensuring effective HR management
  • Maintaining current knowledge of MINDEF/SAF HR policies


What We Are Looking For

  • At least 2 years of working experience, preferably in a similar environment
  • Good leadership abilities
  • Strong planning capabilities
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills


Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
