Senior Executive (Talent Acquisition)

In This Role, You Will

  • Partner Divisions and Hiring Managers to understand their recruitment needs and implement effective sourcing initiatives
  • Administer the DSO Internship Programme from collation of requests to off-boarding of interns
  • Conduct Scholarship policy review and manage the end-to-end scholarship process, which include shortlisting and interview of potential scholars and management of scholars’ deployment and internship requests
  • Address applicants’ queries and position DSO as an employer of choice
  • Prepare and process data, and leverage the use of analytics or digital tools to draw meaningful insights for reporting
  • Harness HR technologies and support the implementation of HR systems solutions to transform processes and operations

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource Management / Human Resource development
  • 1- 2 years’ experience in talent acquisition, internship administration and scholarship management will be advantageous
  • Independent, resourceful and a good team player
  • Strong administration skills with attention to details
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and tech savvy
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
