WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Total Rewards Specialist, you’ll play a key role in establishing relevant compensation and benefits practices across Region East Asia. You will engage in the delivery of core global and local compensation processes and programs, ensuring they are compliant and aligned with local business needs as well as our global people strategy. You will work to elevate the people and total rewards practices to standards that drive the business forward and elevate colleague experience.

You will:

  • Deliver local and global compensation projects such as annual salary review and salary structure review
  • Guide HR partners on applying compensation practices in a consistent way
  • Conduct rewards analysis, such as adequate wage and equal pay assessments to facilitate relevant improvements
  • Recommend updates to guidelines and policies, including benefits and mobility
  • Support developments in the core HR system SuccessFactors related to compensation and provide regular data quality checks
  • Perform local survey submission and benchmarking on total rewards data and practices


Who You’ll Work With

As Total Rewards Specialist, you will work closely with the Regional Rewards Partner, HR, Controlling, Hiring Managers, the Central People Organisation Rewards function and global rewards community to support the implementation of global projects, harmonize rewards practices and deliver data-driven insights. Your collaboration and analysis will enable informed decision-making and ensure an objective, competitive approach to compensation that aligns with our broader business goals.

This role will be reporting to Regional Rewards Partner.
