Senior Enterprise Security Scrum Master

Title: Senior Enterprise Security Scrum Master
Location: Fully remote within the US, east coast preferred
Duration: Initial 6 months contract with extensions
Compensation: $ 65-$75/hr
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or or Authorized to work in US

Requirements:
- Significant Scrum Master experience, as well as strong fundamentals in advanced scrum team analytics, using project management tools like Azure DevOps
- Significant experience leading agile development teams and facilitating delivery in an Agile environment
- A minimum of 7 years+ years experience as a dedicated Scrum Master working for a large enterprise
- A minimum of 15 years of total experience in a project environment as a PM or a project team member, with at least half of that experience in in large enterprises
- Active CSM Certification (SAFe Scrum Master preferred)
- Experience with strategic communication and execution a plus
- Experience running agile teams in the Enterprise Security space
- Financial industry project experience
