Product Designer (UX/UI) – Remote – Freelance

GuestReady is a leading short-term rental and hospitality services management company, operating in the UK, France, Portugal, Spain, and the UAE. Since our founding in 2016, we’ve aimed to revolutionize the short-term rental industry through innovative technology and a dedication to exceptional hospitality.

We’re looking for a Product Designer who brings strategic thinking, hands-on design expertise, and a passion for user-centered experiences. You’ll help craft scalable and intuitive designs for both desktop and mobile platforms, working across our B2B SaaS and B2C tools. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers and developers, owning the process from discovery through delivery and iteration.

🛠️ What You'll Do
✅ Expand and maintain our design system in Figma
✅ Design UX and UI flows for both mobile and desktop products
✅ Balance visual aesthetics with feasibility and usability
✅ Run user research, translate insights into actionable improvements
✅ Develop intuitive design patterns and simplify product journeys
✅ Present design ideas clearly to stakeholders
✅ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ship exceptional work
✅ Contribute to both B2B SaaS platform and B2C experiences (e.g., owner app, booking website)

👤 Your Profile
🔹 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design
🔹 Proven track record in creating complex digital product experiences
🔹 Deep knowledge of design principles and systems thinking
🔹 Skilled in navigating design trends, UX tools, and AI-powered platforms
🔹 Strong initiative and curiosity — you ask product-driven questions
🔹 Experience working with SaaS platforms or design systems (big plus!)
🔹 Excellent communication and collaboration skills
🔹 Fluent in English
