Frontend Developer

About the Role

A permanent opportunity is now available for a Mid to Senior Frontend Developer to join a growing product team working on greenfield application development. This is a hands-on role focused on React development, with strong involvement in both UI implementation and product design. You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team building out a suite of client-facing applications from the ground up, all underpinned by a new micro-frontend architecture.

The work includes creating graph- and data-driven interfaces, working closely with requirement documents provided by the Solution Architect, and contributing across the full development lifecycle. There's no client liaison required—just solid engineering with design responsibility.

You Should Have

• 4–5+ years’ commercial experience with React
• Strong frontend fundamentals and experience across the full development lifecycle
• Some UI/UX design experience (ideally with tools like Figma)
• Solid communication and the ability to work closely with a team
• Proactive attitude and willingness to engage in design discussions and problem-solving

Nice to Have

• Experience with Next.js
• Exposure to Node.js or Docker
• Familiarity with Azure (not essential)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain modern, scalable frontend applications using React
• Contribute to UI design and implementation, especially in the absence of a dedicated design team
• Build reusable components and work on data visualisations including graphs and charts
• Participate in technical discussions and decision-making alongside the Team Lead and mid-level developer
• Collaborate closely with the team across design, development, and deployment stages
